Universal Distribution group problem

I set up a distribution list in active directory that includes everyone in the company. The distribution list is now in the global address list.

The problem is when I try to send mail to the distribution list no one receives the email and no error is received by the sender. When I hit the + sign when sending the mail to expand the distribution list it sends perfectly fine.

When I create a distribution list on the local machine using local contacts I can send to the list without expanding it.

So this is a minor annoyance, but there has to be an answer. Almost defeats the purpose of using a DL in the GAL.

btw, hi ;) I'm a 1 poster so far :P
