Automatic Exchange logon
In our business we have an Exchange 2003 server. I would really like the setup to be like this:
User logs onto the domain using their username and password (obviously )When and if a user clicks on Outlook 2003 - it already knows who they are and looks directly into the exchange mailbox without any further setup of profiles and what not. As it is now, every time a new user logs onto a computer, or every time an existing users switches computer, we have to manually setup a profile in Outlook. I know this can be automated so users can freely move about. But how?

Try using Outlook Web access. We use that and it works great. It is slightly less functional than Outlook, But for the general user, it's great. If they log onto the Computer, and go to https://exchangeservername/exchange then it will use their logon name and password to authenticate to the exchange.

even with a roaming profile, when a new user comes in, you will still have to set up the outlook profile if they use the client
