Control Panel no Icon's
My server runing Windows 2000 SP4, was rebooted and now when I go to the control panel, there are no icons shown. I tried refresh, reviewed tools, and all tabs. Just can not get any of the Control Panel choices: Install Hardware, Add / Remove Software, admin Tools, etc.. I noticed that this is present in all Explorer actions. Just and explorer directory look up there are no files show in the major window. So the problem extends beyound just the control pannel; all that is left is a small square, much like the result in HTML when the picture is not in the path.
