Question DNS Issues

Hi guys
I am experiencing a peculiar difficulty with our DNS server which runs ADS. To implement "remote desktop" & MS Exchange e-mail solution across the ogranization, week back I configured our PDC (on Windows 2003 Standard edition) to act as Primary DNS server.

Almost all the clients were added to the domain following the recommended procedures.

My nightmare started when I found infrequently the DNS server forwarding the host resolving to Internet, rather than to it's own zone records.
For example our MS Exchange server is a member of our primary domain kazema.com, and thus inherits the hostname "mail.kazema.com" with an IP address 192.168.10.10

Please check the default IP settings for clients within our network

IP 192.168.10.xxx
Mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1

Dns 192.168.1.2 ---->This is our DNS server
195.226.224.72 -->ISP DNS server 1
195.226.224.74--->ISP DNS server 2

Now, many of the clients doesn't resolve "mail.kazema.com" to 192.168.10.10, but tries resove it into our Public IP which MX Records hold, even though they are already added to the domain "kazema.com".
Is it possible for anybody to tell me what exactly and where I have to look to resolve this issue. At present I am forced to add another entry into hosts file for every client so that whenever the user tries to access mails he/she would be directed to 192.168.10.10 ("mail.kazema.com")
Thanks in advance
