Moving folders from NT server to 2003 Server

I am trying to copy a set of folders from an NT DC to a 2003 server. I can get the folders and the files to copy. I am trying to get the permissions to copy.

The files bring the permissions with them but the folders do not bring any of the user permissions.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this. It is quite a extensive directory structure and I really don't want to do this manually.

My System

The only way I know of to keep user permissions would be to backup the folders from the NT server, then restore them to the 2003 server. Copying the folder will not hold the user permissions.
