ARPCache registry entry missing
hi experts
well i was installing the latest patches of businesss objects on windows 2000 machine when i came across an error message which didnt allow me to install those patches when i started troubleshooting i found out that it looks for an entry in the registry and that particular entry is missing basically it looks for arpcache entry in registry which is under local settings-microsoft-windows-currentversion-app management-arpcache how and where can i get any info on how to get this entry and why it is missing,is it because of missing windows patches or it has some corrupt windows file i need to get this fixed as soon as possible coz most of my business object clients are facing problems as am unable to install business object patches. PLease note dont get confused with the networking arpcache element this has nothing to do with networking. |

Well, I would have to say if the guys at Experts Exchange couldn't fix your problem then I don't think there is going to be anyone here that can do it either. Wish I knew.
