Licensing Issues with PDC

My PDC decided one day to stop allowing the Administrator to login. Along with this now all of my servers will not allow the Administrator to log in. I've checked the licensing and noticed that we are under licensed by 9. I revoked a number of licenses that were no longer being used. This only made the number go to 11 unlicensed users. Each day the number of unlicensed users increases by 1. We are a small company and do not add any users ever. I don't understand how one day everything decides to break.

If you need further information, please let me know what to give you. Thank you for your time.

PDC running Windows 200 Server SE, other servers running 2000 and 2003 Server SE.

More Info

The administrator in question is the global admin for the domain. Today we are going to try and change the administrator password to see if it will take it. Yes I am prepared to put out multiple fires. Wish me luck.

Servers....arghhhh!!!!!!!

After changing the password everything is back to normal. Can anybody explain to me how the global admin can just lose its password? Sorry if I didn't explain things better for you guys.
