Group Policy

Here is the scenario:

I have a Windows 2000 domain. The domain consists of 1 domain controller and 3 other servers and several W2K and WXP Pro systems. I am trying to make two group policies. One that will redirect the users MY DOCUMENTS to a server share. The second is a policy that would map two network shares for users as read only.

Any instructions on how to do this would be a great help.
