adding domain users??

I'm new at maintaining server and have ? What are the pros & cons of adding
domain users to the local admins group??.... (have 25 users)

Well, this would give the domain use full admin rights to the pc.

Generally, you want to limit the number of admins on a network, be it server or workstation level.

Make Domain Administrators a member of each pc's Administrators group, then add the users who need to load/unload software and devices into the Power Users group on the pc in question.
