DNS Scavenging
I'm having problems with DNS records not scavenging within a secondary. The primary is set to scavenging but that doesn't make a difference. Is there something I'm missing?

Does anyone know
Does anyone know why the DNS entries within a secondary zone using 2000 server are not scavenging?
The primary is set to scavenge but for whatever reason multiple addresses are showing up for different DNS records. This is occurring both on the primary zone and secondary zone. I have the domain set for scavenging on the primary zone for a single domain. I do not have scaveging set for the DNS server because I don't want any other domains affected. Even though I have Scavenging working within the domain does the DNS server need to have scavenging enabled too? |
