Keyboard and Mouse Stop Working During Upgrade to Windows 2003
Hello,
I'm trying to update our Windows 2000 Server to Windows Server 2003 R2. For some reason in the middle of the upgrade, it prompts: "The file e1000325.sys on Intel PRO/1000 Driver disk is needed." The worst part is when prompted for this, for some reason it killed our mouse and keyboard connection. Weirdly enough, the mouse and keyboard are working fine before I got prompted for this.... changing to new keyboards/mice doesn't do any good either.. I tried rebooting the server, but it quickly goes to continue the install upgrade again. So pretty much I'm in a deadlock here... Any suggestion in this situation? Can anyone please redirect me to a download page for this file e1000325.sys? According to my web research, I believe I might need to download all of these files additionally: e1000325.cat e1000325.sys e1000325.inf e1000325.din e1000msg.dll I greatly appreciate your help in this! -Elizabeth K. |
