Many times I found that “Server rebooted unexpectedly” with various sites. What are the reasons behind it?

Could be a number of reasons...best to check the logs in event viewer...and maybe depending on the type of server any software provided by the manufacturer of the servers logs...if you find logs of the error then maybe someone smarter than I can be of some help..

You might have a faulty UPS that causes a drop in power and then reboots the server.

How can i add a background in the folder as was in win98.

I also think sometimes to add a background to my folders.
