Method of creating a SAN
hi all
i need to setup an iSCSI server so that i can have a play around with clustered servers. i know the 2003/2008 storage server nativly support it. i also know that there are some NAS boxs that can act as a iSCSI target but there seems to be no easy way to get the data to replicate to another server. if i have to go with another unit to host the SAN then i would prefer it was a nas box by netgear or qnap. anyway, basically does anyone know of some free/cheap SAN software, and does anyone know if these NAS box's by netgear and qnap support replication to another nas?? cheers Murray |
