Problems with Exchange 2003
We recently took an old Exchange to a different server. We host our own exchange. Our internet is through Comcast. Everything is fine internally we receive and send messages on outlook. We are also receiving internet mail. But all our outgoing internet messages are stuck in a retry queue. We get a delayed message then a failure.

Re: Problems with Exchange 2003
hello lynnfennell......or another good suggestion and pretty reasonable cost is to try a SMTP relay provider, dnsexit.com is pretty reliable. I've never had any issues with our outgoing emails using dnsexit.com our our SMTP relay. We have the same issue with our AT&T Provider, in your case it's Comcast.
