Re: AOl blocking

My guess would be that you're sending it through your servers own email server using the domain name from your hosted domain name. The MX record of your domain points to the "official" mail server for your domain name, so for example yourdomain.com has an MX record that's 111.222.333.444, but your webserver in your office has its own mail server and is sending messages claiming to also be yourdomain.com, but the address 444.555.666.777, then large service providers like AOL will often reject it because they do a reverse DNS search and the mail server IP address doesn't match. An easy way to fix that would be to configure your website to send email out through your hosted email server, not the local one.
