Windows could not log you onbecause the profile can not ne loaded

Dear user i have this problem in creating new user in windows 2003 server and the default user folder is exist in the document and setting folder is any one can provide a solution for me?

Need some clarification here....you said that you can't add a new User in Windows2003 Server under Domain Users and Computers? So this user never existed before in your domain? What do you mean by this "default user folder is exist in the document and setting folder is any one can provide a solution for me?" It's unclear to me.
