Windows 2003 Improper Shutdown.

Hi All,

I have scenario where i need to run my application in Logged in user. When windows 2003 have a improper shutdown and when user logged in, a window comes which asks to enter a reason for shutdown. My question here is by the time window comes is user is logged in or when we enter the reason for the shutdown after that user logs in to the machine.

I would notify your users if a server need to be shutdown, so he/she can close on any network resources that are being utilized. The server need to be completely booted up before your users can log back on or utilize any network resources again, it's safe this way. Did I answer your question?
