Admin has limited access
We have the general admin account and my account on a domain that worked until about 6 months ago. Our other admin's account works fine and he can do what needs to be done on the systems.
The general admin and my account (also an admin) started to loose access rights. I would try to do something to a user's account or try to access a user's account and get Access Denied messages. I will get the same thing with the admin account. So we took the working account and deleted my account and made a copy of his account for mine (I did it myself in his account, so I know there is no 'mistake'). Same thing. He can do what needs to be done and I still get Access Denied messages. Why are my and the general admin accounts limited? Both have the same membership as the working user and our settings are the same on both the PDC and the BDC. Neil member: AAAA: American Assoc to Abolish Acronyms) |
