Computer displayed a blue screen crash event

Hi All,
My production server box was restarted automatically and when I tried to login I experienced a STOP ERROR: "The computer displayed a blue screen crash event" on it. I am trying to find out the reason for this restart but could not get what exactly gone wrong with it. Can someone please help me in finding the problem so that i can avoid its occurrence again.

Try to boot it up to the safetymode (F8) og choose "On blue screen don't reboot" then it will tell you whats wrong.
