disable offline files

hi there

recently we changed the domain of a couple of computers that had offline files setup on them. i have changed the policys on the server and the pc's are updateing the policys fine, however it still keeps trying to sync the files on logoff.

does anyone know how to prevent this?? if possible id like to do it with group policy as we have about 12 computers that need it disabled.

many thanks
murray

Re: disable offline files

On the server group policy editor the settings are available in User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Offline Files and in Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Offline Files

There are lots of offline files settings here.

Select "Synchronize all offline files before logging off" and choose 'disabled'.
