Internal Junk Email Issue
In our environment, we have two domains that share the same email domain. A user (valid, not a spoof) from our legal team is trying to send a mass email to all employees in both domains. The email ends up in the junk mail on the client's outlook. Since the email does not go thru external sources, we cannot "whitelist" or put on "approved" senders list. Anyone have any suggestions on how to make sure her emails do not go to the junk email?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. ~ Cheryl |

Re: Internal Junk Email Issue
From Outlook 2003 or 2007 next time that email goes to the junk mail box, right click on it choose Junk Mail -->then mark as Not Junk, so that next time that email won't be caught by Junk mailbox anymore. You'll have to do this on everybody's computer.
