Can someone help me please with ntbackup?
My backups are failing on our windows 2003 server with the following report:
"Cannot locate the specified media or backup device. This backup operation will terminate." I set up the schedule through the schedule wizard to perform a daily backup of all of the drives. Straighht forward it seems and I can't see where its going wrong? The tape is in the drive and there are no errors with the backup unit. Here is the ntbackup command line that is being run: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntbackup.exe backup "@C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\data\backup.bks" /n "Media created 24/06/2009 at 09:35" /d "Set created 24/06/2009 at 09:36" /v:yes /r:no /rs:no /hc:on /m daily /j "backup" /l:s /p "LTO Ultrium" Thanks for your help |
