Win2k3 -- Clients cannot access internet

I'm working on a Win2k3 server that can access the internet and can communicate with all of the clients on the internal network, but the clients are unable to connect to the internet.

On the clients, pinging www.google.com seems to retreive the IP of the site, but all attempts time out. So that means the DNS is working correctly but the server isn't letting the clients through?

Setup:
The server has 2 NICs, one connecting to the internet named Wan, one on the internal network named Lan. **The router seems to just be for a firewall.

ISP Modem -> Trendnet Router (192.168.0.1) -> Win2k3 Wan (DHCP - 192.168.0.151)

Win2k3 Lan (Static - 192.169.0.1) -> 3com switch -> all Clients (192.169.0.*)

Clients can ping both NICs on the server and all other clients, but thats it, no further.

The server has been set up as a Router for Lan routing only through Routing and Remote Access by someone else. I'm guessing I don't have some static routes set up correctly, still trying to understand them. I'm fairly tech-savvy, just not server-savvy.

I've looked at many topics about this but I don't seem to be understanding how they fixed it.

Also, I keep getting the problem with the Wan losing its default gateway causing me to lose connection to the Router. I have to replace the cable connecting the router to the server and release/renew with ipconfig before it will reset the connection.
