Cry please help to remove worm virus

I have 10 windows servers and 100 win Xp computers yesterday I sow 100% processes utilization after that I Run the Symantec virus guard that caught worm.win32rwi and win.sys
File. When I search explore automatically created some hidden FLODERS.
And also when I opened some folders automatically created same FOLDER .exe extension
So please help to remove that worm virus

Hi,
Worms destroys your files permanently and may not be recovered. So better make backup of your important data. Update your antivirus definition files and start scanning. For XP machine you can download free version of AGV, it really works. Try to get "stinger" and start scanning. Update your all machines and download Microsoft malicious software removal tool. START - RUN-MRT.

ok sir that about win2003 Server because already infected my data server (win2003 Server) so please give me advice to remove worm vireos from that
