i want to online a software

Dear All,

How is everyone? i am new here and want help from you genious guys.
Actually i got a new job in IT field, before i was working in other fields but my education is in IT field. i will appreciate if someone can help me.
Our Company order for a software for their complete operation and the operation is same like DHL service that any of our office from all arround the country can will connect with our software and enter the data for daily operation.
1- kindly if anyone can help me and tell me the complete steps in detail that how i can make server and put it online so all arround the country our offices can use it and enter the data or printout the reports.
2- Making Server online what i need we have a Fast DSL Connection with (Obtain an ip address automatically) is this ok or i should have a dedicated ip adress for this server.

Ols give me full procedure how it can be possible.
i am again requesting all of you that i am in trouble pls soneonehelp me i will do it just i need guidense how to do.

join a domain.
don't use obtain ip automaticly.
