If i setup pop connectors on exchange to pull mail down from various accounts
does all the mail go in to the same mailbox store on the exchange server is this a good idea? i mean like if user joe soap: has 3 accounts he is connecting to gmail, hotmail and inbox will all the mail go into his 1 mailbox store? can you create a mailbox for each account? is it possible? is it necessary? thanks |

Re: multiple pop accounts...multiple mailboxes?
Yes they will all go to the same store. I personally wouldnt let users download items from web based accounts but that is just me. even if you create seperate mail boxes for each account which is possible they will still be stored in the same store. The only option i can think of is to create a personal folder on in the users outlook and create a rule to move the mail into there.
