[SOLVED] exchange 2003 Journaling

Hi I was just hoping that some one might be able to give me clear instruction on how to create a recipient policy that will delete all messages older than 30 days in the journal inbox and journal inbox only. I have created a policy and made the mistake of deleting imediately and the mail cleanup process deleted everybody's email older than 30 days not just the journals even though i had only specified when creating the policy under find users etc that i chose user is exactly journal. I know i must be missing something or doing something wrong

Thanks, I have tried this before, I think it wasnt working because i had mail box management disabled
