Windows server 2003

I currently use POP 3 retrieval on my SBS exchange server and need all my users to have a common reply address when sending mail - how do I do this?

Re: Windows server 2003

My knowledge is very limited on this, but couldn't you change the reply SMTP address for the user(s) with Active directory somehow?

Re: Windows server 2003

hi there
im going to assume that you wanted to have it so that all of the user accounts send from the same email address??
if so go in to Actuve directory users, and in each of the users accounts go to the email addresses tab and go new > smtp address > and enter the address you want the message to be from.
you will then need the set the new address as the primary address. to do this select the address and go set as primary.

let me know if you have any issues
