how to block port

Hi,
How do i block this ip messenger in LAN or in the domain.
Port number is shown below:
UDP 0.0.0.0:2425 PID 5096
[ipmsg.exe]

In order to block ip ports on a network you're going to need to control access points in the lan with some time of device (router, firewall etc...) which can block ports.

If you're merely looking to isolate this on a computer, then disable the service which uses those ports or uninstall any associated applications. In this case IP Messenger.

i think you can use security control wizard which can be installed from add/remove programs.. it gives you hell a lot of steps.. so that you can segregate easily.. applns can also be blocked.. correct me if im wrong..
