Group Policy -Cached logon WMI
I currently apply a screen saver and background image to all client PC's. What i want to be able to do is apply a WMI filter to apply a different Screensave and background image for anyone logged on to a machine that is off the network, hence using cached credentials. I have tried numerous WMI queries but none seem to work when disconnected from the network as the policy processing seems to die. If i do a gpresult : under the following GPOs were not applied because they were filtered out - i get a message "ERROR: Generic failure". Does anyone know any way i can achieve this?
