Symantec Antivirus Upgradation

Dear All

This is Main work of my Job in January. I m New to Symantec Antivirus.
Currently We have one stand Alone Windwos 2003 server for Symantec Antivirus 10.1.6 Server From there we are handing Antivirus on all clients.

Now we would like to upgrade itwith Symantec End Point Security 11.0.1 So I would like to know What steps should i follow to upgrade Syamtec Server

Please do the needful for the same

I have heard very bad things about endpoint .. have you researched endpoint at all?
