newly installed hardware

i have a laptop with windows vista and i bought a new hard drive to install SAP on it as my laptop hard drive space was not sufficient for SAP installation..everything was fine ... each time when ever i want to use SAP on my laptop i had to replace that new hard drive with the one which has come with my laptop...i finished my SAP course and replace my old hard drive and was using vista for few months..and now when i try to replace the vista hard drive with SAP hard drive it is showing me an error as CHECK YOUR NEWLY INSTALLED HARD WARE..and a BLUE SCREEN is appearing ...iam stuck here and i donno what is the actual problem...during these few months once my laptop has been repaired and it has been replaced with new motherboard.it the motherboard related to this problem iam not sure ..so could anyone plz understand my problem and send me a solution.

i would really appreciate ur help.
