Server 2003 missing slsvc.exe

hi there,

I have found that a search for slsvc.exe brooks no results. This is a major issue for me as it affects the KMS and volume activation that needs to start occurring.

I was hoping that someone could direct me as to how best to go about installing slsvc.exe (if that is at all possible without having to take the server offline or rebuild the server).

As I am a novice, I would greatly value any advice or suggestions.
