XP computer wont see the Servers shared folders

hi all
we have a laptop with win XP and a server with SBS 2003, and when i try to see the contents of the server (by going \\servername, obviously i have replaced servername with my actual servername) it only shows one of the shares on the server

when i tried doing \\ipaddress it showed them all fine and i could access all the shares that i should have been able to.

the user can access the server on another computer fine but just not on their own laptop. we have a domain running so it is not a permissions problem. i have also tried it on an admin account

i was wondering if there is a command that will clear the contents of the cache so it will look for the contents of the server again.

can you help??
