sbs2003 is not functional fully

hi,
i have problem with my sbs2003 installation , before getting this problem i have ts2009 virus attack my norton corporate edition could not stop it. so when i browsed sites they gave how to remove from registry etc which i did but it was repeating , so i installed registry tweaker and done the run removed watever it said problematic , since then i have problem with the server

when i was booting it says active driectory building services , after some time when it got booted i could see majority of services are not established
i repeated shutting and booting for number of times but the problem is same
when i checked up try to install services it flashes error 1503 etc main message workstation driver is not there

I am having hell lot of problem with this virus , can any one help me how to solve this problem witout formating and reloading sbs2003

solved using SBS2003 INSTALLATION DISKS I JUST REPAIRED to established the connections but virus still there , my next job is remove virus . thank you guys
