[SOLVED] Windows Home Server Installation Problem
I am trying to install Windows Home Server. When installation CD attempts to reboot and start Windows, I get a black screen instructing me to press f4 or CTL-S to enter SiliconImage RAID controller menu.
FYI I am using an ASUS K8V SE Deluxe motherboard with boot disk plugged into onboard VIA Raid controller. My data storage disks are plugged into a 4-port PCI card controlled by the SI controller. WHS seems to have no difficulty creating the boot partition on the drive plugged into the mobo. The only drives that show up when the black screen appears are the four drives I have plugged into the card. Nor does WHS have any difficulty seeing all 5 drives early in the installation, when I am asked to choose the drive that will be used for the OS. Any help will be appreciated.
