.NET applications on Server 2003

Hi Guys,
I currently have a Server 2003 machine that hosts some .Net applications that hit an Oracle 9i Database, however despite having all the necessary things in place for this to work, it doesn't.

By necessary things i mean, the tnsnames file is properly configured and i can actually access the database from the SQL+ on the Server 2K3 machine and all, however when it comes to the application actually communicating with the machine.......it never works. The funny thing is that when i deploy the same application(s) on an Server 2000 machine, it works fine.

Have you guys ever experienced this before? Please help me...

Kevin

Here's the error i keep getting.
