configuring 3 servers, what where?

Hello,

@ my work i have to configure 3 servers in 1 network.
The first server is a file server, the second a proxy server and the last server is an Exchange server.

My question is: on which server do i have to install the Active directory?

And ofcourse, what are the things we have to watch for? such as problems forwards etc.

Maby there are excisting FAQ?
