Restore MBR on Win 2003 w/RAID5

I'm on IBM x3655 server that has Adaptec RAID controller AIC-9580W. I have three SATA HDDs making up a RAID 5 array. The machine was running Windows Server 2003 R2. It broke down but using a Knoppix CD I was able to see the file system. But mistakenly I used ms-sys shell command to force a mbr fix for 2003. After that I was not even able to see the file system any more. Can any one tell me how to restore the MBR correctly?

Do you do back-ups of your server?

If you cannot see the file sys anymore you have most likely deleted the partition and created a new one.

The best thing you could probably do is restore from a back-up.
