Upgrading Wiondows Server 2003 hardware

I am going to have to upgrade server hardware that is running Windows Server 2003.

Is there an article available, or can someone give me guidance describing the steps involved. The upgraded server should have the same name that the old server had.

What hardware are you upgrading? Upgrading server hardware is not much different than upgrading a client PC.

What are the functions on your current server? AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS?????
