Exchange 2003 SBS - Mail relay, outward e-mail
Hi
I'm having a problem with the set-up on my SBS2003 Exchange Server. Bizarrely, I can receive e-mails, so the DNS record is properly set-up and port 25 is correctly open. The recipient policy on the SMTP server is correct, so I know that the e-mail address is valid. I have also verified the domain name via SMTP Virtual Server> Delivery> Advanced> Check DNS. However, in the default SMTP Virtual Server queue the outward e-mail simply fails until eventually Exchange gives up. I have used http://www.zonedit.com/smtp.html to check the SMTP and the returned error is 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for <myemail@mydomain.com> Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance |
