Mails To Recipient Reaching Multiple Times
We Use Windows Sbs2003 With Sp2 For The Past 2 Years. It Was Fine Till Last Week, When Our Clients Complained That They Receive A Copy Of Our Mails At Least 100 Times.
We Chequed Our Queue Option In The Programs->microsoft Exchange->system Manager->our Server->queue. We Found That The Smtp Server Is Always On The 'retry Mode'. We Tried Cleaning Up The Smtp Temp Table Use Mfcmapi Tool. It Did Not Work. Finally, We Uninstalled Microsoft Exchange And Demoted Our Ads Also Using Dcpromo. Created The Domain Again And Installed Ms-exchange. Now The Status Is Our Mails Intended Externally Are Bouncing Back. Kindly Help Out |
