internet information services

hi all
need a bit of assistance

IIS disappeared from my windows 2003 server. several attempts have been made to reinstall it but to no avail ... i have tried through the "manage your server " wizard but a message comes up stating that the installation cannot be continued. what do you all recommed that i do

I assume you've tried through add/remove programs and then add/remove windows componants? I usually go that route. Should be under 'application server'.
