Help Needed For Dot Net Framework Error
Hi Guys,
I need help in troubleshooting the Dot Net Framework v1.1 issue I am coming across with. I am trying to deploy an application which uses framework v1.1 as an requirement (Must).I have Win 2003 Standard as the base OS with SP2,but when I do so I receive the error as seen in screenshot 1.jpg. (Error:-"Application has generated an exception that cannot be handled") I believe dot net framework comes as default with Win 2003 Standard SP2 .Thus,I removed all the instances of Dot Net framework form the machine (ARP,Registry). Now I tried to manually install Dot net framework on this machine and receive error as seen in screenshot 2.jpg.(Error:The product you are trying to install is alredy installed with your system,Use Windows update to install Latest Update") Please suggest me how can I fix this issue. In case you need additional information please let me know. HELP!!! Thanks in Advance.. Last edited by Nikhil.D; 08-14-2008 at 05:15 AM. Reason: In case you do not see the attachment screenshot... |
