Hello all,
Small Business Server 2003, SP2 Blackberry Professional 4.1.4 (143) The SBS was running smoothly, exchange, etc. RWW (Remote Web Workplace) was fine. Installed BB Pro and somewhere along the way users were unable to get to their desktops via RWW. They get the login screen and after hitting "Login" they get a two-frame page error "Page cannot be displayed" up at the top and a "Loading..." in the middle. This happens both via LAN (//server/remote) and WAN (mail.server.com/remote). I went through all the steps as described in this thread: http://www.tech-archive.net/Archive/.../msg05261.html No luck. One thing to mention: Putting a selected user in the "Domain Admins" security group fixes the issue, but of course, something weird propagates through the AD and the said user will eventually be unable to send email from their BB, but will be able to receive. This was resolved by removing the Domain Admins group, stopping BB Routing service, adding BESAdmin to "Send As" permissions for users, then restarting server. In summary: Domain Admins is not a viable solution. So right now I'm back to square one. Has anyone come across this issue? Please, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Even a point in the right direction. Thanks so much edit: including screenshot and eventvwr entry Error: 0 ![]() Error Log: id: 0 The following fatal error occurred in the Remote Web Workplace application: URL: https://rcsserver/Remote/header.aspx Error Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
