Angry cant boot my pc

I virus scan my pc and found a few virus soo i decided to delete them but at my suprise when i rebooted my pc it didnt want to boot completely at certain level when widow is suppose to appear is just restar ,and this happen every time i start my computer i went to the setup to ask for a recovery of my file and they ask for a recovery floppy and i dont have it what should i doo

See if you can boot in to safe mode by hitting F8 right after powering on. Once there, try running system restore to a time prior to deleting the files, or even better to a time prior to getting the virus.

What OS? If it's 2000/2003, then boot using the install CD, use the repair option (should take you to the repair console), run a disk check (type chkdsk /r at the prompt) and see if there are any corrupt files.

the thing is I lost my install cd is there a way that i can get a repair option from a website soo i can put it on a cd or download the program and then burn it on a cd what do u think?

i m not sure but even if my os is a millinuim the pc its self ils old that why they were asking for a recovery floppy ?? i m still lost
