need help
I have a emachine that I can not turn power off or on with the power button unless i play with it alot and keep unplugging it and plugging it in with the power cord when it does come on all my monitor shows is self test check your pc and signal cable and monitor is working it will not boot any farther then that it is running not but nothing on monitor but fan in pc is running will not shut down it was working yesterday but we had a storm and lost power for a split second and not able to run sense and ideas what this could be i have tryed leaving it unplugged for hrs to see if it would cold boot nothing then my monitor light blinks when i leave it on for 2 min thanks...
