domain controller ip chnage
hi,
I have an DC running in windows server 2003, I want to change the ip address of that server, it is the global catalog server I have only one DC in my environment. can anybody tell the procedure how to change the ip address of my DC. thanks phani |

As far as I'm aware, It should be safe just to change the IP address. I have my on DC setup at home and everytime I've set a new address, (once or twice) I've never had any problems with logins or services.

If the "Server Management" Link is not in your start menu, go to :
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Administration\LaunchConsole.exe" On the left navigation bar, choose "Internet and Email", then in the right pane click the link for "Change Server IP address".
