Having trouble redirecting in IIS 6

Good morning all!

I'm having a problem redirecting my company's web-page to our parent company using IIS 6.0.

I am trying to redirect just the web page (www.fctelectronics.com -> fctgroup.com), but leave the https:// on our site for OWA purposes. To better help you guys understand what I'm looking at, I'm including some screen shots of the IIS, so you can see what my current settings are. (the third pic taken of the Directory Security of the default web page FCTElectronics)

I'm pretty computer literate, but IIS is something that I've only had a few weeks experience with. Any help would be gladly appreciated! I've tried searching for how to fix it, but my google-fu is weak.

Oh, I'm using MS Server 2003 SP2, btw.
