OS: Vista SP1, win XP SP2, Win 2000 SP4, Server 2003


EEK! Exchange 2003 Services will not start

The Following Exchange 2003 services are not starting when i start my Windows Server 2003 machine.

Microsoft Exchange IMAP4
Microsoft Exchange Information Store
Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks
Microsoft Exchange System Attendant

The only error logs that are coming up for this are:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeSA
Event Category: General
Event ID: 1005
Date: 4/23/2008
Time: 11:55:57 AM
User: N/A
Computer: MAILSERVER
Description:
Unexpected error A local error has occurred. Facility: Win32 ID no: 8007203b Microsoft Exchange System Attendant occurred.

I am running Exchange 2003 sp2 on Server 2003 with sp2. Any and all help would be much appreciated.
